Other ways to book LATAM Airlines, and which points transfer

LATAM business class from Atlanta to Lima, nonstop, for 50,000 Virgin Points one way through Virgin Atlantic Flying Club. That's Virgin's published LATAM price for flights of 1,251 to 4,000 miles (Atlanta to Lima is about 3,170), not a sale. What makes it worth it is how many dates and seats showed up: 24 departures and 28 returns in March and April 2027, many with 5 to 7 seats. Seat counts come from Seats.aero searches on October 31, 2026, so recheck before you transfer. The number in parentheses is seats.

Atlanta to Lima, LA2483 (11:15 PM, lands 5:00 AM the next morning), 50,000 + $55.55:
Mar 1 (2), 2 (7), 14 (6), 16 (7), 17 (7), 20 (2), 23 (7), 24 (4), 28 (3), 29 (7), 30 (6), 31 (4)
Apr 1 (2), 3 (7), 4 (7), 5 (7), 6 (7), 10 (3), 11 (6), 19 (6), 20 (2), 25 (7), 27 (3), 28 (3)

Lima to Atlanta, LA2482 (12:05 PM, lands 8:35 PM), 50,000 + $85.88:
Mar 1 (6), 3 (7), 5 (5), 9 (5), 15 (5), 16 (7), 18 (3), 22 (3), 24 (3), 25 (2), 29 (7), 30 (5), 31 (7)
Apr 1 (7), 2 (7), 5 (6), 6 (7), 7 (7), 8 (7), 9 (2), 12 (7), 13 (7), 14 (6), 15 (7), 16 (4), 23 (2), 27 (7), 28 (6)

Example: out April 4, back April 12 = 100,000 points + $141.43 per person (200,000 + $282.86 for two). Each direction is its own award, so check both.

Also seen: Miami to Lima with 4 to 5 seats on some dates (Mar 30; Apr 2, 3, 12, 14, 17, 23, 24, 28) and JFK to Lima with 2 seats (Mar 21, 24, 31; Apr 2). Returns to Miami were much scarcer.

How to book: sign in at virginatlantic.com, choose Search for Reward Flights, one way, ATL to LIM in Business, for your exact number of travelers. Transfers can't be undone, so only move points once the seats show up. Check the State Department's Peru advisory and entry rules before you go.
