Lufthansa business class from Chicago and Washington Dulles to Germany is showing on Aeroplan for summer 2027, and lots of flights have room for a whole family.
Price: 75,000 Aeroplan points plus about CA$80 in fees, one way per person. Aeroplan doesn't add Lufthansa's big fuel surcharges, so the fees stay low.
Chicago (ORD) to Frankfurt (FRA):
LH433: Jul 18 (2 seats)
LH431: Jul 19, 26, 27; Aug 1, 2, 3, 8, 9, 10 (9 seats each)
Chicago (ORD) to Munich (MUC):
LH435: Jul 26 (2 seats)
LH437: Jul 26; Aug 2, Aug 9 (9 seats), Aug 3 (3 seats)
Washington Dulles (IAD) to Munich (MUC):

How to book:
1. Go to aircanada.com and sign in to Aeroplan.
2. Search one way from Chicago (ORD) or Washington (IAD) to Frankfurt (FRA) or Munich (MUC) on one of the dates above.
3. Find the matching Lufthansa flight and choose Business.
4. Check the points, fees and seats before you move any points. Transfers can't be undone.
These numbers come from Seats.aero and still need checking on Aeroplan before you transfer anything. Award seats come and go.
